President & Co-Founder
Karim is the President and Co-founder of The Hemmings Group, where he leads the vision of the firm. On a day to day, he manages the Advisory Department and his own base of clients. With years of experience in the group benefits space, Karim saw a critical gap in transparency and fairness within the industry. Determined to change that, he founded The Hemmings Group to help businesses take control of their benefits plans by uncovering hidden fees, reducing costs, and ensuring they get the value they deserve.
Since entering the insurance industry in 2017, Karim has dedicated himself to mastering group benefits, quickly becoming a respected expert and thought leader. His ability to simplify complex benefits structures and educate clients has helped over 500 businesses optimize their plans. Under his leadership, The Hemmings Group has grown rapidly, managing over $9 million in premium while staying committed to its mission of fairness and sustainability in benefits planning.
Outside of work, Karim is a devoted husband and father of four. He enjoys traveling, reading, and spending quality time with his family. His passion for helping others extends beyond business, as he continues to find ways to create meaningful opportunities for both his clients and his team.

As the Managing Director and Co-founder of The Hemmings Group, Jasmeen plays a pivotal role in shaping the company’s strategy, culture, and client experience. With over 16 years of experience in corporate training – most of which was spent leading the training department at one of the world’s largest background screening companies – Jasmeen brings a deep understanding of operational excellence, leadership development, and process optimization.
Her expertise ensures that The Hemmings Group operates with efficiency, flexibility, and simplicity—core principles that drive the company’s success. Jasmeen is passionate about fostering a high-performance team environment and ensuring that clients receive the highest level of service and education when it comes to their benefits plans.
Beyond her professional accomplishments, Jasmeen is a devoted mother of four and enjoys spending quality time with her family. She is passionate about creating a company culture where employees and clients alike feel empowered and valued.

Devin brings a strong operational background from the logistics, industrial construction, and oilfield equipment sectors. His experience in fast paced and complex environments gives him a practical, detail oriented approach when supporting clients.
Outside of work, Devin enjoys spending time outdoors with his wife and four children. They love hiking, camping on Vancouver Island, and being on the water whenever possible. He is an avid reader and is passionate about serving and giving back to his local community.

Nicole plays a vital role in ensuring smooth operations at The Hemmings Group. She manages the quality assurance for both the Advisory and New Business teams and handles payroll and bookkeeping tasks. Nicole’s organizational skills and attention to detail contribute greatly to the efficiency of the team.
As a grandmother to five, she values family time and enjoys cooking and gardening. When she’s not taking care of business, Nicole loves to travel and explore new places.
